What we do
We model what happens next.
Quintavera is for situations that are too complex, too contested or too consequential to resolve with the analysis already to hand.
The difference
Analysis that goes past description
Most business analysis is descriptive. It tells you what happened, how much, and to whom. That is necessary, but it is rarely enough when the question is what to do now.
Quintavera works predictively. We build a model of how the parts of your situation interact with one another, then test what each available decision would set in motion, including the effects that only appear once everything is moving at once.
What comes out is a quantified view of your options, and an honest account of the confidence you can place in each.
Where we help
Six situations we are built for
Go / no-go decision-making
A commitment point with material downside either way. We quantify both paths so the choice rests on evidence rather than appetite.
Impact prediction
Modelling the second and third order effects of a decision, including the ones that never make it into the business case.
Informed M&A and deal-making
Independent analysis to inform valuation, diligence, and the integration assumptions that usually go untested until it is too late.
Risk assessment
Exposure rarely sits neatly inside one function. We assess it across commercial, operational, people and reputational lines at once.
Issues mitigation
When a situation is already live: structured analysis under time pressure, with corrective options ranked by consequence.
The strategy-to-execution gap
Where the strategy is sound but delivery is not following. We find the determinants and validate a way through.
What you get
Every engagement ends with something you can act on
We stay involved past the handover. The advisory boards and workshops exist so that the analysis survives contact with the organisation.
